Do you have an order minimum?
There is a $200 minimum to purchase through XO Events and Rentals.
How do I secure my rental pieces and date?
In order to secure your rental pieces and date, you must submit a 50% deposit of your total rental price after inquiring with us and selecting a package(s). The remaining invoice will be due 30 days prior to your event.
Can I change my rental pieces once I have paid my deposit?
Do you deliver?
After paying your deposit, you can always add more rental items but cannot change the rental items you have selected.
We offer free delivery to customers within a 10 mile radius of the Okoboji, Iowa area dependent on event date.
When and where do I pick up/drop off rentals and packages?
Our rental pieces are typically rented one day before the event and returned one day after the event. Rental pieces can be delivered and picked up if in a 10 mile radius of the Okoboji Area or will be dropped off at our shop.
Do you offer day-of styling services?
Our services stop at rentals. However, if you are wanting day-of styling services for your rentals, there is a flat fee you are able to add on for styling services based on your event size. Day-of styling service availability is dependent on event date.

What locations do you serve?
We serve events and rentals within the Iowa Great Lakes.
Do you take care of anything the day of the event?

Providing the rentals and potential styling is where our service stops. We do not guarantee any day-of work or coordination unless communicated prior to the event or the aesthetic coordination service is selected.
There is a 15% rental maintenance fee of the total quote. This fee covers cleaning supplies, transportation supplies, and other unexpected maintenance fees.
